Our fitting centre assembles press fittings on the rubber hoses, using state-of-the-art technologies to ensure reliability even for the most extreme applications. Our rubber hose fitting process is certified according to the ISO 9OO1:2015 standard and has obtained official Parker recognition, which testifies to the achievement of the best technical-quality results. Every hose can be customised in the fitting centre and completed with safety accessories, such as protection sheaths or anti-release wire ropes, to provide specific solutions for all possible demands.

Our welding centre completes the corrugated stainless steel hoses with TIG electro-welded or braze welded end fittings in carbon steel or stainless steel. The entire process has been found to conform with the ISO 9001:2005 quality standard. The integrity of weldings and their suitability for the intended use is certified by strict pressure tests, performed with specially designed test equipment. Moreover, strict process controls help to ensure full compliance with the current regulations in force, such as the RoHS Directive 2002/95/EC, which restricts the use of polluting materials.

In addition to the fitting centre, our facility also conducts particle analysis, fluid controls and filter services to ensure constantly high-performing hydraulic components and systems. We also use mobile filter carts to provide our filter service also at the customers’ facilities, to optimise intervention times, avoid prolonged downtimes and guarantee ongoing monitoring of the performance of the individual plant systems.

The innovative Kanban logistics systems allows us to integrate our software with those of our customers and personally manage inventory and stocks, intervening with targeted supplies whenever an article is out of stock at the warehouses of our partners.
