THE HYDRAULIC SERVICE PHASES

Our hydraulic service is divided into 4 different intervention phases:

During the first phase the hydraulic systems are mapped and, if necessary, both the paper and digital layouts are updated. Samples of the fluid are taken in order to assess the level and type of pollution and the various components are analysed to assess the level of wear with pressure, flow rate, temperature and fluid rate analyses.

After completing the analysis phase, concrete measures are proposed at both an electrical and mechanical level, which can boost the performance of the system in question. A priority based action plan is recommended in this phase, reporting the components showing higher levels of criticality and planning interventions to ensure that the safety levels and adaptation of the system fully comply with the standards and regulations in force.

Before intervening, our technicians organise a training course tailored to meet the demands of your staff, with the objective of allowing them to become independent in the management of routine maintenance. Our training courses last 8 hours and are designed for a maximum of 4 participants at a time, they analyse the critical aspects of the plant system, assist in the correct reading of the hydraulic layout whilst emphasising the maintenance of the filter points.

The final phase of the hydraulic service provides operational interventions for the replacement of worn filter cartridges, the insertion of filter units off line, the testing of flexible hoses and fittings, flushing operations, custom coding for the correct traceability of the hoses, the tightness of the fittings and anything else that can boost the performance of the system.

When the work has been completed, a correct warehouse management system is established to avoid machine downtimes and, if necessary, the Kanban logistics service is enabled to guarantee real time procurement of all replacement parts. Furthermore, periodic visits to your facility are scheduled to check that routine maintenance is carried out to top workmanship standards and the system continues to perform efficiently over time.

HYDRAULIC SERVICE INSTRUMENTS

Our  systems hydraulic service is provided in conjunction with Bosch Rexroth. State-of-the-art instruments are used during such interventions to ensure accurate analysis, mapping, diagnostics, component coding and fluid sampling. The fluids are analysed in the laboratory and classified according to the ISO 4406 process to determine the degree of contamination at both an instantaneous an accumulated level.

All tests are carried out by highly specialised technical personnel. Correct data collection is essential to understanding in detail the current condition of the plant system and to accurately define where to intervene to improve it.
